伊塔塔谷ItataValley伊塔塔谷曾被认为是比奥比奥谷的一部分，但近年来日益受到人们的重视，最终被认可作为一个独立产区。产区面积较小。

比奥比奥谷BioBioValley这里的气候凉爽而潮湿，拥有显著的昼夜温差。白天温暖，夜晚寒冷，葡萄拥有较长成熟期。不过，因为产区内风力强劲，空气并不怎么潮湿。
产区凭借口感爽脆、芳香四溢的日常酒款在新世界中迅速成长起来。近几年，酿酒师尝试种植长相思、霞多丽和黑皮诺，获得了不错的反响。琼瑶浆（Gewurztraminer）等芳香品种也展现出不错的潜力。

马勒科谷MallecoValley马勒科谷是目前智利最南端的产区，虽然降雨量过高，但事实已经证明，这里是霞多丽的绝佳产地。VinaAquitania酒庄以霞多丽酿造的SoldeSol，品质已经鼓励了许多酒庄前来投资。黑皮诺也有不错的前景。

虽已有近年的酿酒史，智利葡萄酒依旧是一个年轻的产业，并且比过去更充满活力。赤霞珠、梅洛、佳美娜等品种在20世纪末独占海外市场，现在酿酒商又将目光投入到几个凉爽产区，使西拉、黑皮诺、长相思，甚至琼瑶浆等芳香品种也在智利发扬光大。但总的来说，智利还是个“红”酒大国，红葡萄酒占到了总产量的70%，近几年对这里精品白葡萄酒的国际地位也在逐渐提升。尤其是智利南北两头极端产区的白，虽然仍不太被国际市场重视，却也极其精彩。
有一点是肯定的，这个充满阳光的葡萄酒生产国，永远不会让葡萄酒的爱好者们感到无聊。
